Are there any fees associated with T S Gift Cards?
No. There are no fees associated with Gift Cards. You will only be charged the face value of the Gift Card and shipping. eGift Cards are sent via email and incur no shipping charges.
How will I receive confirmation of my online order?
You will be prompted to include your email address during checkout. Once your order has been placed, you will be sent a copy of your order which will serve as your receipt. Sometimes the order confirmation can get delayed in rare circumstances with processing delays or if the order was held for review. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us on the form below.
Is there a signature required for Priority or Next Day Air shipping?
No, a signature is not required.
Can gift cards be used for tax & gratuity?
Yes, you may apply your gift card balance to the entire check including food, beverage, tax and gratuity.
Do gift cards expire?
Purchased gift cards do not expire. We do at times issue promotional and business trade donations that DO expire.
How will my physical cards arrive?
Plastic gift cards are discreetly mailed in standard, white envelopes with a paper gift carrier from our Tennessee distribution center (please do not mistake for junk mail!).

eGift Cards

What will I receive after my eGift card order?
You will receive an order confirmation (receipt) and if you sent an eGift to yourself then you would also receive a copy of the eGift email which includes a link to the actual eGift card.
My email address is printed on the virtual gift card as the "owner", can the gift card still be used by someone else?
When purchasing, we encourage buyers to enter the intended recipients name in the "To (Optional)" section above the gift message area so their name would appear on the gift card (regardless of who it was emailed to). But because our gift cards are transferable they will not have a problem redeeming it. As long as the intended recipient has it in their possession when trying to redeem, the restaurant will honor it.
Do I need to print my eGift card or can I present purchase via Smartphone?
You may either print the eGift card or present via Smartphone. Make sure the 14-digit gift card number is legible.
Can I use the receipt instead of the virtual gift card?
Unfortunately, you cannot use your receipt as a form of payment since it does not include the gift card number.
What if my eGift recipient has not received their gift card?
We adhere to all industry best practices to ensure successful delivery of the eGift Card via email. Still, there is a chance that the email will be treated as spam or the recipient didn't notice it in their email inbox. First we would recommend checking the order receipt to make sure the recipient email address is accurate for the guest. If the email address is accurate we would suggest having the guest check their promotions, updates or junk folders to make sure it wasn't delivered there.
